Bugs The room look okay except for a old nasty refrigerator that was breeding cockroaches. The bottom of the fridge was rusted out and they had apparently just sprayed the room earlier for bugs because about every 5 minutes al sizes of roaches would come out from on or under the fridge and behind it on the wall. We killed atleast 8 roaches before we went to bed. When we woke up there were 4 crawling in the floor by front door and bathroom door.

Roaches everywhere checked in, but didn't stay. Sketchy people walking around. We found another hotel and losed the money we paid to stay there. Place should be shut down!!

Never again Roaches. Dirty. Neighbor arguing with drug dealer, who lives on floor above. People standing around the front door smoking. Side door (nearest my room and convenient as to not go through the main lobby all of the time) can't read cards - exit only as such. Staff at front desk were nice. Bed and shower were OK.

Roach motel. We had to leave as soon as we got there. Roaches poured out of the place. The only plus was they refunded the stay. But i would not stay or recommend till its gone through with pest control.

The Manager Bryan is the one that assisted us to check in, he was pleasant and accommodating but if I hadn’t reminded him of my driver’s license he would have left it in the copier. We we’re given a room in the 3rd floor, as soon as we stepped out of the elevator we smell the hallway like dog pee. The room have water on the floor, cackroach everywhere and smelly. we ended up asking for our refund and we left and did not stay.

I couldn’t stay at this hotel because upon arrival, I was told there were no room for me. I would like to share my experience so that people don’t need to go through this trouble. I booked Woodspring Suites based on the price and the location. It was one night stay for my kid’s sports event. I didn’t realize this is “Extended stay” accommodation until I searched Woodspring Suites on map app and went to their website. Also the website states the front desk closes at 8pm.
