Room was close to front desk and all we Hurd all night was the door slamming shut every time came in and out. It was terrible

We will be filing complaints with both the BBB and DBPR Licensing with the state for the ammonia smell we had to endure the one night we stayed that caused pain and irritation to both myself and my son.

On the website it did not mentioned being a extended stay clearly. Upon arrival there were people who clearly call the place home. At least 3 people walking dogs. The was no lobby, just a window front desk with a metal rolling door. The lady said she leaves at 8pm and "if you get locked out you have to pick that phone and call corporate". Everything looked old. The elevator had buttons missing. Once we arrived to 3rd floor , there was a very strong smell of urine, which got worst as we walk in front of some rooms. There was no real lobby to speak of . When we arrived there was no one at the window; which had a bandaid on it to cover a crack on the window , aI suppose. The lobby wreaked with smoke apparently someone had they’re dog in the room barking , not to mention the sketchy people there. The hotel was overbooked by 25 rooms. I would never stay there ever . I’ll sleep in my car first!

The hotel overbooked themselves and gave my room away, I flew in late paid for a ride to the hotel only to find I didn’t have a room, the hotel didn’t communicate with me nor Expedia. Horrible customer service also

The staff was surly and rude. The manager Bryan was severely lacking in professionalism and was actually a jerk but most of the staff was like this Check in is not till 3 pm no on should have to wait an hour and a half to check in cause their room is not reasy
