Do not stay here!! Not from the area and needed a last minute place for me (young female) and my mother and my baby to stay for the night. Booked online. When we got to the hotel, I was scared to get out of my vehicle because of the environment around the hotel. It is IN THE WOODS, there were tons of people in the parking lot, children racing on scooters at midnight, sheets hanging in the window, and not even an employee on site. Terrible Had a late check in upon arrival to the locked up very hot lobby there was phone to call for service called got told someone was coming down to help check me in waited 30 min noone areived called back was told some one was coming feom another property noone was on site remind you i was just told someone was on there way down called again after and hour and noone picked up went to sit in my vehicle to wait at this point to see if anyone pulls in coming from the other property being the lobby was super hot 30 min more... read more

The property was not was was shown on the pictures. It was in very poor condition and in a very sketchy area. Also, the odor throughout the hotel was unimaginable. It truly smelled like death the moment you walked out of the small lobby area and continued in the elevator and hallways. When I entered the bedroom I heard water running and turns out there was a leak in the bathroom coming from the tub. It was just not what I was wanting to walk into after driving 8 hours. Stay away. I booked my room the same morning of my requested stay. I arrived early to see if I could check in early. At 11:45am the was no staff on site. Called corporate they said someone should be there. Left for our event came back at 4:30 still no one at the front desk. About 20 mins later a very unprofessionally dressed man came down. Property smells like people smoke marihuana even though is supposed to be smoke free. I got charges $25 per day for bringing my dog, and the room didn’t get clean during the three night I stayed. One of the alternate entrances was broken and the stairs smell like pee.

Property was overbooked, was unable to get a room

Lobby was an echo chamber where the staff's friends hang out and talk loudly. No breakfast. Room's bathroom door had holes punched in it. No coffee maker in room. Wifi extremely weak. In morning nobody at counter (bunkered down) for a receipt. No ice machine and trays in refrigerator were empty. Table in room wobbly. No hair dryer. Small tv. Wasnt worth what was paid.
