Too many roaches in my room., the police was there for like about four hours, investigating a crime. I didn’t feel safe at all.

Roaches everywhere This location was absolutely disgusting. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional and the General Manager issued me a full refund. Why might you ask? As soon as I checked in and went into my room within 5 minutes there were roaches crawling on the wall and floor. I killed 5 within 30 seconds and my husband and I High tailed it out of there. No excuse for that.

Whats fully roaches fir every where when we get to our room we left our stuffs when we came back from eat and turn on the lights a lot a roaches for every where was disgusting . The elevator and hotel smell very bad.. They said sorry and refund my money after 5 business days. I need to look for other hotel late night alone with my kids and paid a lot because same day booking are more expensive . Dont recommended!
