it took 3 hours in order to get a room. the front desk attendant Joe was great.. but for whatever reason clean rooms were not reloeased by the manager for him to giove to awaiting guests.

Nothing. They had put me in someone elses room. When i did get to my room there were coche roaches, blinds were broke, the phone did not work, the room was dirty. The worse place ive ever stayed at. Being that said i did not stay. I was trying to reach the desk and no answer. I left and came back next morning for a refund.

Dirty room. Cockroaches in hall. I had a beetle on my neck when I entered room. Drug addicts live here so be prepared to have them knock on your door and try to enter like they did to my room. Fire alarm will go off in the middle of the night. Only good thing was the shower was warm.

We arrived to learn our reservation for two queen beds had been canceled. They offered us a single queen for three people. took us 30 minutes to check in because they said reservation couldnt be changed because booked with a 3rd party. They had one person in charge of front desk and cleaning rooms so there were long waits to talk to anyone because she was cleaning the rooms in between check ins. The room was filthy.
