Had a reservation yet they gave away our room by 4 pm. Couldn’t bother to let us know, so when we arrived at11pm, we were informed. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional

Paid for a room and was told my room was booked already. Still haven’t had a refund. They wouldn’t give it to me. There’s no reason for this.

Pictures are.false advertising. Dirty place, rusted appliances, worn out everything, roaches. Very bad.

They told me they purposely overbooked so when I arrived to check in, I was told they didn't have a room for me. I was told to seek a refund through Expedia but now they are refusing to refund my room.

Where do I start? First of all I better get a full refund for this reservation as we had to leave due to the strong smell of urine and marijuana although is a smoke free hotel, the roaches were everywhere, bathroom sink was broken, pain in the walls was cracked, there was a piece of pepper covering the fire alarm, the AC did not cool at all, and the window blinds where a different size there fire did not fit properly therefore people could see from the outside.
