They told me they purposely overbooked so when I arrived to check in, I was told they didn't have a room for me. I was told to seek a refund through Expedia but now they are refusing to refund my room.

Where do I start? First of all I better get a full refund for this reservation as we had to leave due to the strong smell of urine and marijuana although is a smoke free hotel, the roaches were everywhere, bathroom sink was broken, pain in the walls was cracked, there was a piece of pepper covering the fire alarm, the AC did not cool at all, and the window blinds where a different size there fire did not fit properly therefore people could see from the outside. 35 min to check in; sticky floors: houseflies in room: shower head that sprays water everywhere; no soap; room door doesn’t latch; smells like smoke; no one onsite to help in morning until 10 am: loud road noise.

Room was billed to Credit Card. We arrived at 10pm to learn they over booked. Zero rooms available we apologize come back later to see if someone checks out. Not good

Paid in advance, but no room on arrival I booked a room, paid in advance using one key. I arrived to check in and after a long wait, I was told that there was no room available and I would need to apply to Hotels.com for a refund.

We were looking for a safe and clean facility for our daughter to stay before moving into her student housing. We chose this Extended Stay because of brand recognition and price. WE REGRET IT WHOLEHEARTEDLY! From roaches to late night fire alarms, lying and rude staff, and so much more. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!
