Horrible communication Worst hotel experience ever . We had already been staying there for business. Told ground desk we wanted to book for another month. They said there system was down do to the storm and promised we were good. Guys come back from working and were told to find another hotel that they were not taking reservations for the next few days and now it’s 10pm and we can’t find rooms for our guys! What a nightmare!

Do not book this hotel is a rat hold I couldn’t check in I arrive 10:30 pm and the lobby was close already I call the number they put in but never got and answer

It was always nosey at night and nothing was being done and there was trash everywhere

Staff was not welcoming at all. She act as if I was bothering her when I walked in . She was on her personal phone when I first arrived and continued her conversation while checking me in not once did she even put the phone down.
