It wasn't that bad until I discovered it was a homeless shelter overflow hotel. Paid for 6 people to stay for free, like living in California back in the 90's. The manager tried to kick me out by locking me out of my room, and wasn't pleasant about it. Belinda was great!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Arrived at the hotel around 1am, then was first told "we may have over booked and are out of rooms do you really need to have a double room?" I said that's what I paid for sir ! Had to wait until he checked the room and see if they had cleaned the room. He comes back and said " The room is clean just need to put pillowcases on the pillows. " Ok no problem! Hotel reception is behind an acrylic window, no lobby. Hallways smell like cigarette and marijuana. Disappointed that I didn’t realize this was a hotel that houses people long term and that changes all the dynamics of your stay. Everything was rusted, wobbly and not in very good condition (toilet top was cracked ) Bed was uncomfortable and covers were cheap.

Raggedy place The woman at the front desk was rude. Check in is at 3. I had to wait till about 3:40 to check in. The security door was broke. The hallway smelled like smoke. The room seemed pretty clean except i saw a raoch the next morning. I should've left when my room wasnt read when i got there. Bad vibes from the Beginning.

All of the towels were dirty, every time. We exchanged towels and the new towels were dirty. Stains and hair on them all. The room was noisy, from the cars outside, the people in the hallway, the floor was noisy and the doors closing all hours of the night. The staff was pretty rude. Only 1 lady was nice and only saw her once during the 2 week stay. The wifi could only be connected to 2 devices at a time and was slow.
