Had to change rooms twice. Really want a refund. The furst room air didn't work . The second room refrigerator was dirty with food in it.

The room was dirty. The pillows had makeup and lipstick on them. The bed had huge visible stains. No tissue. No washcloths. No one came after complaint was made. The bathroom was filthy there stains on the sink, purple stains on the mirror, the tub and the floor. We had to remove the cover and lay on the beds. This was FSU graduation and everything else in my price range was booked , my mom got sick and had to seek medical attention. Very disappointed I wish I could get my money back,

Got my room to we had booked a room with two beds. Come to find out we only had 3 pillows, 2 one one bed 1 on the other. Called front desk they say that's how to rooms come. Call down for more towels they say you have to do that before 7pm when they lock the front desk for after dark security. Floor was dirty so after taking a shower my feet were instantly cover in dirt again just stepping out of the shower. Fan in the bathroom doesn't work. Frig leaked water inside of it. Terrible hotel all around. Room 419.

Worse experience in a hotel! Went I arrived I notice the many people in line having issues with management and many different complaints so my first room was never clean , toilet was filthy , shower and sink not drain properly so I complain and request another room and never the less I get another unacceptable dirty room but because my medical issues and situations with appt to a doctors next day I got no choice but to wrote hotel .com for another hotel but all respond I got was “ that sucks” so weird but I will do better ho... read more
