No one at the desk when we arrived, it does not look like the advertised photos. Was awoken at 130am to a fire alarm.

definitely not staying here again When we checked into our first room on the 4th floor, we were greeted by 5 wasps and no AC. We then were switched to a room on the 1st floor, right by the elevator and front door. Therefore, we heard the door slamming at all hours during the night. You have roaches really bad.

Oh no! We are so disappointed to read that there were possible pest sightings! We take these reports very seriously and will make sure that we forward this to our pest control provider to prevent these issues in the future.
When I booked it was not clear that the check in was not 24hour. The night manager when finally contacted by a1-800# call locked herself out of the office and her room. After 2 hours of waiting we were finally let in a room to fined that it had a cockroach infestation. They were crawling out from under the wall trim at the floor. Further more I was not allowed a refund because Expedia took the word of the hotel over mine. Very disappointing.

Awful service Horrible!! They never answered the phone, I called over 10 times and I called all day long. When I got to the hotel there was no one at the front desk to check us in. I purchased 2 rooms and had to sleep at the airport. My worst hotel experience.

Rude stuff they didn't like their job obviously you can see so rude i had to wait 3 hours in my car till the room was ready she told me that they have only one housekeeper i won't give them 1 star neither 0 stars don't go here you can hear the next room so loud can't sleep there

Customer service is lacking Check in was a nightmare. I could not understand the lady. During my stay I killed over 30 roaches. I addressed this with the front desk the second day of my stay And she said she would send someone to spray. I removed all my luggage from the ground in my room for the rest of my stay and no one came to spray.
