I'm disappointed I wasted my points on this stay. It looks like a motel in a very bad area. It should be inspected so other families don't feel the same way when they get there. The smell of cigars, the staff and the surroundings were not the best.

Smells awful, it’s unbearable, the halls are dirty, the rooms decent clean but still the smell was terrible. The ladies in the reception were nice and friendly. But I do not recommend this place.

Our reservation was changed. The elevator was out of service. I have pictures of all damage in room. Breakfast was less than what I expected.

I try to speak to cleaning crew regarding mildew in the bathroom and curtains, but they didn't understand English or Spanish. Front desk was overwhelmed so i did have the time to talk to her.

The exterior lacks charm; people drinking in the parking lot and lounging outside. The elevator has been problematic since my previous visit. It rattles and trembles. During a recent visit, it was closed, although not for repairs, as part of management's alleged temporary solution. Had to use the stairs, which were filthy and reeked of urine.
