Microwave did not work and hallways smelled of Marijuana

Do not stay here!!!! Don't recommend!!! Checking was scheduled for 3PM, arrived at 7:30PM. No dog free rooms available, asked to come back in 30 minutes, so a room could be cleaned. We took 2:30 hours instead, return at 9 pm with the family told no double (reserved) rooms available. After a long conversation, one became available. I wish they had cancelled. The room smelled like someone had smoked there, the beds were uncomfortable. Not all pillows had cases, we used t-shirts instead over them. One would expect a stocked kit... read more

worst experience ever Part of my experience was the fact that it took over an hour an a half to get my reserved room to the correct date. I got there at 10:30 pm and my room reservation wasn't confirmed until 12:06 am. The room didn't have a dryer, or have bath towels. It only had face towels for a shower. The elevators were filthy, and had trash in the elevators and in the hallways. The carpets were filthy. there was shampoo and no conditioner. When we first got to our room the door was a jar ( thought that was weird), the floor looked like it had not been swept. The hallways were dirty trash and dirt throughout the hallway, could use a vacuuming. The elevator smelt awful carpet needs to be replaced of just go for something that doesn't trap the urine/ mildew smell.
