My reservation was for double bet but only have single room available went y arrived ti the facility, that to bad

The room has a kitchen but no pots or pans to use. The room does not have a hair dryer. I had outlets on the desktop that didn’t work because the plugs had been ripped apart. The elevator and hallways smelled like Mary Jane. Does not have a business center. It took 45 minutes to check in because they don’t have anyone at the front desk after 11pm. Had to wait for the staff to wake up and put on their robe and then check me in. Checked out early because how bad the hotel is and the hotel still charged me for the whole week. S... read more

No coffee maker, no ice, no hair dryer. There is NOTHING in the room, except the furniture!

I am not feeling clean after a day here honestly 😔

Horrible service e Horrible service, No help Waited 30 mins to check in because no one was there

The toilet in our room clogged. We went down to the lobby toilet and it was even worse. One bed was so unstable we thought it might break.

Ehh, Would Not Recommend. The hotel looked nice but very basic amenities like an ice machine, extra towels, and vending on every floor were non existent. There was hair everywhere. Human hair all over the bathroom and tangled into the sheets, and pillows. There was also pet hair everywhere and the chair in our room had obviously been chewed by a dog. The entire hotel was warm and humid and none of the ac's seemed to actually work other than blowing faint air throughout the facility. Again, the hotel looks nice but those look... read more
