The front desk staff was horrible and extremely rude!!! They tried to tell me that they couldn’t find my reservation even though I showed them the confirmation from Hotels.com.

Elevator broken, key card never worked, multiple people hanging out outside

Roaches in my suite multiple times. Dirty, smells horrible. They did not have dishes for a fee as advertised had to buy my own. Sink inthe kitchen was falling off. Did not get fixed even after telling them twice. Got locked out three time as the keys deactivated took fir ever to get in as front desk was closed. Would never stay here again. Shame on Choice hotels for a place like this. I have been staying with Choice fir years but might have to re-think staying with the moving forward.
