Check in and the room was not serviced and previous guest dirty clothes was in the room. No towels or soap. I addressed with front desk and they gave me clean sheets for us to make the bed and didn’t say anything. Extremely unprofessional

The Room size was good and bed comfortable, but the room had roaches. They moved me to two different rooms on two diffetent floors and roaches were present. I will not be using this facility again.

Never again Our room didn't even have a shower curtain. I will never again stay at this hotel again. Worse of all my fiance and I go on getaways at least once a month. That's too bad for this hotel, because they would've had lots of business from us.

This was the worst experience I’ve dealt with when it comes to hotels! And I have travelled all over the world to include places where I didn’t even have a restroom in the room. There was no one to check us in at 3 but there was a sign saying “we’ll be back at 5”. No numbers were being answered and we had to board our dog along with missing plans. Way to ruin a surprise birthday getaway. Spent over an hour on the phone/chat with Expedia so get into another place

We could turn in our dirty towels or sheets before 9pm, which sucked because we would get home late. The clean towels that we would get would have some type of stain or didn’t seem clean. The last night we were there was Christmas Day and our key stopped working, no one was there to help us. We called customer service no one picked up. Has to change my room because I found hair in my bed. The towels in the second room were dirty and the facility llacks in several areas very disappointed!!

I was staying with my husband, my father in law and my two years old baby. Thank God it was just five days... But those five days were not pleasant. I do not recommend this property for families specially families with babies. It was cigarettes smells everywhere in the halls and in the room with a non smoking room. There were roaches in the room.
