Poorly run hotel, rude staff, not helpful at all. We arrived at 9:30pm with our 3 year old and the staff told us they didnt have a room for us even though we had a reservation. We were told they had a room but wouldnt rent it because it wasnt "ready". They were non-apologetic and not interested in helping us find a suitable hotel nearby. Very bad room person on floor above was making noise all night long holes in the door and exhaustfan so dirty furniture destroyed and filthy walls

Loud neighbors in next room. Hotel couldn’t get them quiet . Kept us up until 3:15am completoruining the reason to stay in the hotel for a good bought sleep starting a long trip.

I didn't like that it was a smoking free room and it swelled like I was standing next to a person smoking. It was so noise and the fire alarms went off and did not stop for like 3 hours. I didn’t get any rest as well as I had a problem breathing. It was one of the worst places ive been. The staff was good, but the property is going down.
