At 3pm the desk had one person and 6 people in line waiting to check in. The clerk gave me a key to a room wouldn't open. He then says it's because the room wasn't cleaned. After about an hour we finally got a room. This is not the place to go if you have dog allergies. I saw about 5 dogs that day staying in the rooms. Rooms were ok. Beds on metal frames that move when you do.

Overall, the property is well located and looks decent but some interesting long term residents call it home and help make it dirtier than it needed to be. Microwave didn't work in my room but front staff was happy to help. The shower didn't have any water pressure so that was a bummer.

Ehhh I had to get my room changed twice. The whole hallway smelled like weed. Sheets were filthy. But I can say the room we ended up with was nice and clean. And comfortable. If only all their rooms were the in the same condition to prevent the constant jumping around from room to room

The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I don’t have a sensitive nose but I couldn’t wait to get out of there as it became nauseating.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived, and it took some time. When we arrived to our room, it was dirty, musky, and the furniture was severely damaged! The TV did not work in our room, and our AC was not working properly either.
