Just terrible By far the worst place I’ve stayed at. The rooms look nothing like the pictures what so ever. Things were broken, rusted and dirty. The room smelled like urine, the hallways have an unbearable odor. The room had roaches and spiders! Never again!

The room smell of nicotine as if others were smoking in the room prior to my check in. I’m not a smoker or allergic to the smell so this made the stay not very comfortable. Also front desk said they had no other rooms available for a switch. I would not book an extended stay anymore going forward.

This place is needs a major upgrade. The walls are paper thin and the people that stay there are up all night so don’t plan on getting a good nights sleep. The floors in our room felt like a slip and slide. The towels had stains and barely and toiletries came with the room. The bed is not comfortable at all. The couch in the room looks it was pulled out of the trash. On top of all of that I just felt very unsafe sleeping there. This was a BIG disappointment. We had a king room with a sofa bed. My daughter was to sleep on the sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed, we were horrified - dirty mattress and no bedding. The bathtub was not safe for someone with mobility issues to use. The staff came up with bedding for her - we doubled up on the bottom sheet and it worked ok, but was uncomfortable. The sofa itself was a total mess - the vinyl was shredding.

Dead cockroach under the chair in the corner of the first room. The heater in the room shorted out and filled the room with a burnt electrical smell. There were large stains on the walls that appeared to be from spilled liquids. The girl at the front desk quickly moved me to a new room that was in better shape, but only just. There were stains on the walls of this room too, and the showerhead was absolutely caked with limescale. The floors were quite dirty as well, in the room and throughout the entire building.

Staff was super nice they did nothing wrong. My review is mostly educational for other renters. I was not able to sleep due to the smell of the room it smelled horrible. The restroom reeked of pee, the room smelled musky and just dirty the only way I can explain the smell is that it smelled like a homeless person that had not taken a shower in about a week it was so bad. This is literally a roach hotel. I only stayed 2 nights and killed 5 roaches, 3 small, 1 medium and 1 big. The hotel smells horrible and is falling down in pieces. Is supposed to be a renovated hotel but don't look like it at all. The staff during daytime was nice and friendly but not the overnight guy. He looked bothered every time you will ask a question or if you needed anything. I am so glad I'm out of there. The money I spent there was not worth it.

Dirty .. Bathroom tub was clogged .. towels and bed sheets smelled mildewed I left within 2 hours of checking I would love to receive a refund First experience at this chain of hotel that I have to leave a complaint and left very unsatisfied
