The front desk agent was very rude in the iPad at the front desk didn’t process the payment successfully. She had to call someone in I was waiting for 20 mins just to check In. The agent was aggravated in was rude

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Terrible customer services, dirty room filled with ants, horrible smell.

I didn’t like how unorganized the staff seemed to be. It took an hour just to check in, it seemed as if the staff member that was left over night didn’t know what she was doing and was left alone with no training. There should be more information and details when BOOKING online about age limits/requirements for check-in to not waste the hotels nor the guests time. There was a roach on the bed and tiny ants on the kitchen table. I was switched to another room immediately. However, I will not be staying there again. The facility is in desperate need of renovations.
