Room had awful odor made us sick just walking in. Not clean at all. Will never reccomend this hotel.

Incompetent !!! We booked just 1 night stay, as we were flying intoTampa late night. Flight was delayed from Boston and we called hotel who told us "no problem. just use outside phone to dial 0. and someone would come", It was 3:00 am by the time we landed,got luggage and taxi cabbed to hotel. We called 4 times, and even corporate number with no luck, stuck outside in sketchy area all alone, cab had left us without car. First, there was a black hole in the middle to the tub and pealed paint around it. Looked like someone almost started a fire trying to put out a cigarette. Why this tub wasn’t replaced is sad. It might still be functional? But it shouldn’t be used in a hotel that wants a good rating. Second, this extended stay has not been like the previous ones I have stayed in. They must have issues with stealing because you don’t get any plates/cups,silverware, paper towels, napkins or a garbage can in your room. You can go to the front d... read more

Yuck! There were ants everywhere. Dead bugs on the floor, light fixtures falling off hair die stains all over the bathroom and sink

Hotels.com sucks I have nothing to say, i booked on hotels.com and when i got the hotel, they had given my room away and i have to find another hotel at MIDNIGHT. Will never use hotels.com again! OR stay at this hotel, they are beyond rude.
