Horrible experience and I stayed here due to its location to the Tampa International Airport. The lobby was okay. There is nothing around this area as far as food goes. The buildings are run down. The room was not really clean, I found a roach in the restroom and the room smelled. The other guests were loud and it was not a safe area. Do NOT stay here.

A few issues... Checking in was a nice experience, they were friendly staff and the entrance smelled nice because of this machine they had at the lobby. Those once we checked in under the bed was a bunch of trash as if no one bothered to clean under there. My son had a toy that fell of the bed and we found empty coke bottles, used napkins ect. under there. We found a bullet that belonged to a gun right there on the foot of the lamp in the room by the a/c. In the bathroom the shower was old and needed repairs.

Property was filthy!!!! The hotel room was disgusting the bathroom was not cleaned properly there was hair all on the toilet, the shower curtain had someone’s hair tye connected from the curtain hole, cigar filling on the floor, a filthy charger base that had dead bugs all over, there was no one avaliable to clean it, and I didn’t get offered a cleaner room. I checked out.. the front desk attendant gave me an email address to the manager..and I still haven’t heard from the management staff. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
