I didn’t like how unorganized the staff seemed to be. It took an hour just to check in, it seemed as if the staff member that was left over night didn’t know what she was doing and was left alone with no training. There should be more information and details when BOOKING online about age limits/requirements for check-in to not waste the hotels nor the guests time. There was a roach on the bed and tiny ants on the kitchen table. I was switched to another room immediately. However, I will not be staying there again. The facility is in desperate need of renovations.

Horrible kind of person there, so scary, very bad people arond and on the hotel
Bait and switch kind of business, Will not stay here ever again nor probably an Extended Stay America anywhere. They did not have the room we had reserved/paid for and then they rudely downgraded us AND charged MORE. The receptionist was no help, had no idea about anything (not her fault really, she should have been trained more in customer service and knowing how the hotel operated) and we were told the Manager would not be available until the next day. Basic health standards not maintained. No cleanliness maintained. Incleaned and unserviced rooms were given to us. Never seen such service. Never recommend. Very very dissapointed. We had to walk out of the rooms as we checked in. Filed for refund as had to stay and pay more at another hotel.

I liked the friendly welcome. However the room was filthy, pillows smelled as if they weren’t washed, the AC didn’t cool enough (even when it was set on 26 degrees) and there were two cockroaches. I could not sleep believing they would jump on me
