Ants, damaged bathroom door, and holes in curtain. I felt very unsafe and dirty in this hotel.

Rude manager and staff. Zero attempt at true friendliness or accommodating simple requests. Worst customer service. The shower curtain in the room did not reach the edge of the tub so water went everywhere. Light flickered. Thin walls. Worst hotel at this price I ever stayed at.

No bulbs Light bulbs were missing from the rooms and it had ants in the kitchenette but it was clean for the most part

Management was so rude. When I asked to move my room because they were doing pest control, & they were so loud drilling I could feel the room vibrate. She didn’t even offer to check if it was another room available. I made sure to checkout the next day.

The rooms were not clean. The toilet in one room didn’t work. Nobody was in the office for check out.

Overall not like others we have stayed in...very disappointing...shower was older ...needs some revamping...overall I would never stay in another Stay America... could use a remodel

It was not what was pictured. Our “suite” left everyone tripping over each other. It was very cold and the heat did not work. Other guests were screaming and fighting all night. At one point it sounded like someone was throwing stuff off the second floor. We cancelled the next stay there
