We made a reservation with our credit card, and we were not able to make the trip. We emailed and canceled the reservation and next day a change was made to our account.

Roaches. Mouse Droppings. Dirty. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Rooms smell like tobacco and could not sleep because of the odor impregnated on all linen. There were no more rooms to exchange them. They were over booked

It was the worst experience in a hotel that we have had in years. No enough parking space. A lot of humidity smell in room. They offered free breakfast and when we asked about it, the reception clerk told us that we will find a good breakfast in a restaurant 2 blocks ahead. Stay away of this place.

The front desk person was nice but the room was horrible.Bed sheets were dirty with mucus stains and blood marks both beds included.I had to call for clean sheets and make the beds up myself.this was a one night stay and it was horrible i even checked out early

The rooms were not cleaned and on poor condition. The microwave was rusted and dirty The bathroom had holes on the walls and bathtub was dirty with hair from previous guest. Lights did not turn on and the ac was not working properly. Look elsewhere to stay.

Never again Only thing good about this place is the location for a early morning flight. Run down, seedy and would not recommend.
