Had to pay extra 29 dollars for my emotional support animal as well kinda high price

I rented the room because I had several hours during a stop-over that I needed to shower, change, and relax. Wasn't planning on staying overnight and for the price I wasn't expecting a lot. It served its purpose, but I definitely wouldn't stay overnight. Bed was lopsided/broken. Side of frig was rusty. Bathroom wood cabinet was rotten and disintegrating. Hair in the shower. Showered and changed...but went elsewhere to relax.

I hated everything!!! There were bugs on the bed and the staff didn’t even care! Got moved to a smaller room!!! The worst stay I’ve had!!!

The Most Unsatisfied Customer First... because of my name, they assumed I was someone, with the same name but spelled differently, that had been previously evicted. Not sure if that was why I was given a room in the back part of the "extended stay" where there appeared to be either a party or a bunch of drug deals going on in the building across the parking lot. The parking lot was very dark at night time. I did not feel safe

Place had a lot of people lingering around the parking lot late night just staring at people, also the rooms smelled pretty bad. Last but not least, the front desk people were probably the most rude employees I have ever dealt with at any of my extended stay visits. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

When I opened the door of the initial room I was given, it was clear that the previous guest was still occupying the room.
