I did not like the room I stayed in it was not clean, the carpet was old and dirty the pillow cases were dirty and one of the staff was very rude.

Room had awful odor made us sick just walking in. Not clean at all. Will never reccomend this hotel.

Room didn't have a TV Looks much nicer on website
Incompetent !!! We booked just 1 night stay, as we were flying intoTampa late night. Flight was delayed from Boston and we called hotel who told us "no problem. just use outside phone to dial 0. and someone would come", It was 3:00 am by the time we landed,got luggage and taxi cabbed to hotel. We called 4 times, and even corporate number with no luck, stuck outside in sketchy area all alone, cab had left us without car.
