Nightmare Horrible place . Trashy ! Employee at the front desk weird and not professional at all . I felt unsafe staying here . Felt something bad was gonna happen to me . Will never return . Plus horrible place , smelled like cigarettes.

Old rooms, dirty toilets, came late and had to call front desk staff and wait for the front desk staff to let us in and check us in. Room wasn't clean and toilet was dirty.

Don’t be fooled by the price. The room was clean but had an old odor. I decided I could live with it because it was a clean, NYE and for the price. 2 days later I come to find out they charged my card 250 for smoking. When I called they said that the manager said it smelled like smoke. I was literally only in the room for 5 hours because of going to a gala and they say that it may be the fireworks smell that was on my gown.

Horrible breakfast, dirty and noisy rooms. It was a disaster, rooms are very noisy, the fridge was very noisy. There is no room service, no kitchen utensils, no hair dryer (had to ask for one) no ironing board and the iron was burnt. breakfast was grab and go, which was a muffin, bars, coffee. Internet was free but very very slow and sometimes not working. Not what we expected. Would not recommend or go back there again.

Terrible Room had not been cleaned, had to wake up and wait on clerk. Room was a dump.
