The only thing i liked about this hotel was it was close to where i needed to go This hotel is a bug museum, ants and roaches everywhere... the first day we saw a couple killed them and went on about our business the next day a whole funeral arrangements was made for their dead buddies, shortly after an army of ants raided the sink. Roaches crawling all over the tub. Contacted the front desk and NO action was taken. My mistake with this stay was the assumption that service at the Extended Stay America (ESA) brand was uniform for all properties. The amenities, cleaning policy, and availability of service at this property differed from what I am accustomed to from staying at other ESA properties. Things to note: rooms are on the exterior of the property – similar to a motel, there is no daily cleaning of rooms, rooms do not come fully equipped with kitchen ware, minimal amenities are available, maintenance is only available during the day... read more

OMG. This place is horrible! It is not worth the price per night!! The rooms smell musty and like cigarettes although the front desk says it is a non smoking hotel. This is more like a motel to me. Mosquitos were in the room, the caulking around the tub is chipping away and getting moldy. I found hair in the tub when I first got there. The carpet got my grey socks black; that's how nasty it is. Never again There were bugs in our room. I did not feel safe, so much so we decided to leave after a few hours of staying there. If you are looking for a run down place then this is it. When trying to check out front desk staff was no where to be found. There was another customer who had been trying to check in phone that you are to use was not working so there was no way of getting the guy’s attention. I had to call another location and they were no help. After banging on the door he finally answered.

The bed was the best thing at this hotel. The puctures serve no justice at all.

Please choose another place to stay Unfortunately we killed roaches in our room, and when we walked in it look like they had just bombed that room as all of the doors were open and all of the drawers were pulled out. Can’t understand why they wouldn’t double check the room before giving it to someone. There was no hairdryer, there were no pots or pans or anything to use with the stove. The ice tray in the freezer was dirty, so I definitely wasn’t going to use it… And there was no ice machine on property to have an option for... read more
