property don't have elevator, so I had to myself carry large luggage on up floor

Never again Very disappointing. Understaffed. There were no glasses, utensils, or dishes. We asked for coffee and were given ground coffee but had no coffee maker. There was no hair dryer and when I went to the front desk to ask for one they told me that “all the dryers had been loaned out and none were returned “. “Breakfast” involved a “grab-and-go” bag: a muffin and a protein bar. Oatmeal was available but no microwave in sight.

No cleaning service my entire trip. No clean towels the entire trip. Carpets were stick, gum and possible blood stains. Card key would randomly deactivate, office closes at 7. No room safe. Only 2 pillows. Shower curtain was not the correct size, water was everywhere. No glasses or anthing to use the kitchenette.

Very unfriendly staff, the room smelt of mildew , no late check out option ontop of staff calling and knocking on the door way earlier then required checkout time. Police constantly knocking on different doors . Very unsafe area

Had bugs in the room. No coffee machine in the room let alone breakfast. This was not an extended stay as it look to be a hotel trying to act like it was. The cabinets poorly made. Stayed for two days and no staff attended to my room. Bed not made and dirty towels were still in the bathroom. Appears people make that place their residence and the rooms are filthy when they leave the door open so guests can see inside. Will not be staying at this type of hotel ever again.

Smelly, rotten room The room(s) smelled of mildew, the beds had sex stains, they smelled like cigarettes (I requested NON-SMOKING). I’m requesting a full refund for my stay. Thank you.
