Stay elsewhere!! Would not stay here again. Ants in room. Mattress was saggy and very uncomfortable. I have stayed at Springhill Suites previously and this was not up to standard.

We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. As we are an extended stay hotel, the room is cleaned every 14 days. We offer a linen exchange as a convenience for you for a small fee to bring your towels down each day to exchange for clean ones. Sometimes guests will smoke outside but bring the smell temporarily inside with them. We will continue to try to monitor and freshen the elevators and public spaces each chance that we get.
Bonafide roach motel! Infested with roaches and unhelpful, rude employees!!!

The young lady at the front desk was stellar and only saving grace about this property. Room had cockroaches and bed was broken. TV needs to be upgraded. No amenities in room - soap etc., as a frequent business traveler this was simply a poor choice of property.

arrived 20 minutes before check in, after hours of travel and driving and the receptionist was rude and would not accommodate us for early check in, told me to look at the sign that says 'check in at 3pm'. The hotel is mainly long-term living so there are little to no amenities and it was like staying at a low end apartment complex!!! NOT HAPPY
