i did not stay; entrance and parking areas including the handicap spaces were covered in ice; I use a cane to walk and there was no safe way to get onto the lobby--even the sidewalks were covered in ice. How can you offer rooms when there is no safe way to access the hotel,, The conditions were deplorable!!

Rooms had heating, plumbing and odor issues. The main lobby also had a strong odor. The beds were not comfortable and room needs to be updated with newer furniture.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN BUT I HAD TROUBLES GETTING THE TV TO WORK
Great location clean room, courteous staff at check in and check out. My only problem was the water was going down slow in the bathroom sink and shower. Not much of a selection at breakfast. There were 3 muffins left when we went down for breakfast at 8ish.

Worst stay in a while! Got stuck in the elevator for 1hr and then whole thing was deemed out of service. They didn’t even attempt to fix it. Mind you we were on the top floor! Fire alarm went off 3 times in 4 days, each time because someone was cooking something… doesn’t surprise me because even in our room the Good fan wasn’t working in our room’s kitchen. Sheets were torn and stained… overall just a horrible stay. Won’t be going back here ever again!
