Disappointed Stay I was not pleased with my stay at all. My room was dirty, linens were stained, there was hair on the bathroom counters and sink. There was hair on the toilet seat as well it seemed like no one cleaned the room before we were there. The sheets were dirty, the entire room smelled like trash because the trash was not taken out. Rating is definitely not a 4.4 out of 5 stars. Reception was very short and not very welcoming. The room was missing the TV remote, a hair dryer and the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The room served it's purpose but was not as clean and functional as it should have been for the rating it has. Location was convenient for the reason for the stay.

Friendly/helpful staff but not clean Staff was amazing and friendly. I had an issue with my one room where the toilet was leaking from the bottom of the bowl so I got moved to a new room immediately. However, the room I got moved to smelled like an ashtray. I felt gross being in there. The linens were dirty, the bathroom faucet never got warm, the furniture needs updating due to wear and tear, and the hotel door lock was loose. All the service was good but I didn't like that they changed the carpet leaving the doors open in the rooms.
