The front desk was not occupied for a while when we checked in and out - some unnecessary waiting time. The room was with some bad odor and no window to open. The was nothing to eat for breakfast. It is just served in the entrance area. Very disappointing.

When we booked our room it shows breakfast included but we found out they only provide coffee ans some snacks. There was also no ice machine because they have ice cube trays in the rooms, in the freezer. I wouldn't want to use them because you don't know if it's clean. The room was very clean and comfortable other than that.

Why offer kitchenette's without any pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups or silver ware? There wasn't even a coffee machine! Every hotel has a little coffee machine expect yours. Maybe you are unclear on the functions of a kitchenette.
