The to go free breakfast is packets of oatmeal without bowls or spoons. The coffee is good. The down button on the elevator is like melted and doesn't work. There are bullet holes in one of the windows. The place was clean though

I enjoy staying at the hotel because it is so convenient . I have enough room and amenities to be comfortable without having to pay a lot of bills. The hotel is price for the average person who needs to pay for the room . This is so convenient and the staff is very helpful they help you with anything that you need. This hotel is so customer service friendly . I am still staying at the hotel .

No tissues or even a hair dryer in the room. Grab and go breakfast is a joke. HVAC system was so noisy it constantly woke we up. Check in staff had no knowledge of general area. Room smelled like smoke. NEVER AGAIN.

Very drity, rooms smell like cigarettes. I had switch rooms because there was no hot water in bathroom. I was put moved to another room, a handicap room where everything was short, the frig was not cleaned, had crumbs and smell very bad. Just terrible

Breakfast was done by 830 even though it was supposed to end at 930, TV didn’t have signal until Sunday night our last night their and rooms are not sound proof.

I have been using Extended Stay America Milestone Center Drive to live as temporary housing . The hotel provide the amenities that I need to make my situation better. I enjoy staying at the hotel in Milestone Center Drive it is so convenient and affordable .
I am homeless and I have been using Extended Stay America Milestone Center for housing . This is a great place to stay and they are very helpful and aware of every day needs that comes with living . I really appreciate all that this hotel does for there reservation.
Nice place. Easy to get to. Safe. Ice trays are a bit dated.
