Room smelt like smoke, I chocked all night.

foul smelly rooms the room smelled really bad. My husband had to buy disinfectant sprays and air fresheners. I wish i can get my money back. I will not stay again and makes me hesitant in bookings rooms on other Extended Stay america hotels. I do not recommend!!

I enjoy staying at the hotel because it's like living in a apartment but you don't have to pay for utilities. I also enjoy the convenient of Germantown MD there are plenty of grocery store shopping nearby and restaurants.
The property is old and the amenities were run down and many things like kitchenette were non functioning. No daily service (towels, etc) . The bed was a rock and only came with one thin/small sheet. It also smelled like urine/weed. Aside from all of that, the people there were nice and location felt safe, plenty of amenities a short drive away. ,

A Place To Rest Ok, place to rest my head. A little dated. No safe? Door safety latch wouldn't stay latched. Had to something to keep it latched.

Well I enjoy the convenient of the hotel and that you can have apartment living without having to pay for extra utilities and cable it's all included in your reservation. The staff are so helpful and aware of any suggestions you may have. Especially Ms Irene she is the best.
