I like the convenient of apartment living without having to pay for any utilities. I enjoy Germantown and all that it offers. I work in Germantown and I enjoy all amenities that the hotel offer. Everything is simple here and I love it.
Convenient budget friendly and have all the convenient of apartment living but don't have to pay for utilities and cable . You have the ability to go grocery shopping and to be able to cook your meals .
Convenient and affordable housing for a single person you have all the convenient of apartment living in a studio. I don't have any dislikes about the property I only wish that I can pay weekly for my room.

Like I said before I enjoy the convenient of apartment living without having to pay for gas electric and cable . The property is near restaurant grocery store shopping and it is not expensive when you consider all that you have to pay.
The room and the hotel is convenient and clean and quiet. They only offer you coffee and muffins and breakfast bars I appreciate the offer . I wish they could have a gym so that people could exercise. The laundry room is 2.50 a load and you have to pay for doing your own clothes plus pay for your detergent and bleach it's okay.

I like the way the hotel is convenient and it feels like a good place to stay. I don't have to worry about paying utilities and extra bills. My only regret is that I don't have enough money to pay weekly
The hotel is convenient for people who do not have a permanent place to stay . What I did not like about the hotel is that you have to pay extra to get your room cleaned.
