Staff workers were nice, although they really couldn't help me with any of my issues or concerns. I questioned when the last time the fire detectors were checked as they were extremely filthy in my room. They stated having amenities that you may have forgotten or need like paper plates, plastic ware, paper towels, etc... They had none when I needed it. The area ok, the beds were hard, not comfortable at all, no blankets or comforter on our beds, no coffee pot, paper towels! Wash cloths were dingy and hard, as well as the towels. When I booked the room did advise them 3 people were staying in the room. I received one tiny bar of soap! We had to go buy wash clothes , towels and soap! Never again

The room we were originally given smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that we had to change rooms; ironic that we had to sign a waiver saying that we would not smoke in the room. The second room was better but not the greatest. The hallway carpet was rundown. Hallway ceiling vents were hanging down and hot air was exhausting into the hallway making it hotter. We had reservations to stay at the same hotel a week later but cancelled. We couldn't stay in the hotel again. Don't think we will ever stay in another Extended Stay.
