Awful is a complement. Staff was not competent, hotel was not maintained, there was no breakfast, and the website does not reflect one ounce of this place

Worst exoerience No one in lobby to check in After 4 hour drive I had to wait 20 min for a person then another 40 to get into my room Room was dirty and gross It was like a motel

Super nice staff! I checked in after 11pm. Left and got some stuff from Walmart & finally went inside the room after midnight. Non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Should have known this would be esp. since the lobby was infused with the smell of cigarettes! Room had a musty feel and felt unclean. There was a random guy hanging out outside upstairs and reeked of marijuana. He eventually left, but never went to a room. So why was there...great question! bad service hotel i checked in on saturday at 4pm and there were no wash clothes until 12pm thee next day and the front desk were very rude when i asked for some

Waited 10 minutes to Check in, no one was at the desk, room was ok few things didn't work bathroom door did not close, matters frame broken. Heating system broken.

Ummmm... The bed was hard as a rock. The walls are thin enough to hear the guy next door moaning in his sleep. This is the first time I've ever seen a bathtub delaminating - the glaze on the inside of the tub was coming off in a large area and it looked like the bottom was starting to rust out a bit. On the other hand, the people running the place are very nice and helpful and did a nice job getting me checked in and solving my problems with the free Wi-Fi (they spelled my name wrong in the setup).
