Fire alarm went off at 5:40 am. Per the neighbor it was the third time in weeks

Terrible experience. My first room number 266 was horrible. Microwave and other appliances we're very rusty and unfit for a commercial property. Fire alarm disrupted my sleep and we all had to evacuate the building for almost 30 minutes. There were blood stains all over the bathroom wall. Toilet will not flush. Really bad experience. I was later moved to 103 which was slightly better compared to the first room. I think the state regulatory authorities need to visit this site. There's a lot of shady stuff going on there.

The wifi didn't work...the fire alarm went off at 2:00 in the morning which was such an inconvenience

Rooms stink. Worst experience. Nothing, very very bad experience.Rooms are stinking and ugly.

Not enjoyable Didn't have pots and pans. When asked for them, they didn't provide a proper set. The room had strong stench of cigarette, when asked the staff did nothing about i Trash was filled up in front of the room, feted with bad odor.

Terrible Horrible. Always no one at the front desk had to wait for long time to see anyone in charge. For the first time of whole my life, this particular branch didn't lend kitchen utensil since we were not staying more than three days. In other locations nationwide, we didn't have this kind of upsetting situation at all for our short stay. All the time they provided what we need for cooking. This place was not even clean and very smelly outside because they didn't pay attention in garbage area. Disgusting

This is a MOTEL not a HOTEL This is a MOTEL! There are no pictures or any mention of this on the website to inform me of this. The site is very misleading. The main picture shows the side and you don't see that the hotel rooms lead directly outside. Shame on you Extended Stay!

Solid 2-Star. When I entered the "non-smoking" room, it smelled so strong of cigarette smoke that it was stronger than smoking rooms I've stayed in. Literally smelled like someone just finished smoking a cigarette right before I walked in. Shocked me how strong it was, and I'M A SMOKER. Over time I realized the smoke smell seemed to be actually covering up a musty mildew scent spewing from the AC unit. Second thing that caught my eye was chip crumbs on the ground. Check in was horrible. Arrived and it took about 1 hour to get the night manager to open the door. From midnight to 1 am ... not fun.
