Blah At first I was given a room with 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. The room is old, outdated, smelly and there was no housekeeping. I wouldn't recommend this room to anyone

Would not recommend The room smelled disgusting - like cigarettes and body odor. The continental breakfast consisted of a few Nature's Valley bars. I was also unable to receive a refund when I checked out a day early. While the staff was pleasant, the accommodations were not. There was also an issue with the hot water pipes and they made a lot of noise when showering. The hotel also did not offer maid service during my stay. Would never go back!!

Hands down the worst hotel I have ever seen Don't stay here. No hot water, no airport shuttle bus, breakfast is a coffee and bagged store muffins. Awful plain awful

Only had one pillow, lamps were unplugged so when I went in the room I couldn't see a thing and some lamps didn't even work. Bathroom including bathub were in poor condition. Not very clean. Stove top had crumbs on it. Looked like someone used the room before I got there and they didn't clean it. Needs major renovatons.

Close to the airport. Front desk man not friendly. Rooms nice and clean. 2 pillows only, had to ask for 2 more.

You get what you pay for No hairdryer, and the desk couldn't get me one. Old food left in a drawer in the kitchen. Door didnt close properly from the outside without inserting card key.

Don't stay here Dirty sheets had drawings with sharpie on it, dirty towels, went to ask the staff for a pan to cook but they said only people who stay there for 3-4 days can use it. booked a 1 queen bed got 2 beds instead and on top they wanted to charge extra when checking out....

Room service. Extremely disappointed in the lack of room service in that we stayed four nights and room service was in the room only once to make the bed. We had to beg for towels and wash cloths and had to take out our own trash. We have been staying in hotels for decades and this is the poorest room service we have ever had.
