The location was the only good thing about this place. The air was humid in the room. The first thing I noticed was the fact that it was not clean (pieces of chewed gum on the floor, ants by the door, dead bugs, tub of shower had not been cleaned well,etc). They offered to switch my room but didn't check before hand that it was OK. The fridge also had a leak. Very bad experience to say the least & very overpriced for what you're getting here.

The toilet would not flush and the TV did't work Otherwise it was fair. I have stayed at other Extended Stay's and they were better

Mediocre hotel, shabby condition, no housekeeping No housekeeping services. You have to request fresh towels, utensils, and pretty much anything extra or necessary for your stay. I think you have to request housekeeping as well - which is strange to me. I assume that would be a standard in most hotels. The outside of the hotel is very "motel-ish". Overbooked for prepaid and confirmed reservation?? Arrived at the hotel just before midnight. Entered the lobby and heard a heated discussion between the night desk and a gentleman who had arrived before us. The desk clerk told the man he did not find a reservation for him in their system. The gentleman was confused because his airline had created a situation for his travel and had made and confirmed arrangements for him less than 20minutes earlier. Uncomfortable stay One of my least favorite hotel experiences. I arrived into the hotel late at 245 am, and was told to use the phone outside the lobby. After the gentleman answered, and I said I was there for check in, he grumbled and didn't say anything. Next thing I know, he comes and opens the door. Terrible The front desk attendant seemed to not fully know what he was doing. The door card key system was down. The room was hot and air conditioner didn't function properly. The room smelled of dogs and old cigarettes. The hotel uses Dulles airport as a selling point but has no airport shuttle.

Just don't Not happy with guest services. Don't even try to complain about anything ... they just say okay. Noisy and bed is hard as bricks
