Roaches This hotel room in Sterling, VA had roaches, the toilet would not flush, there was blood on the sheets obviously they had not been changed from the previous occupant. When there was ice from the night before out on the sidewalks they were not probably salted and my husband is in a wheelchair and his chair just about slid off into the street. There was no wastepaper basket, there were a couple of roaches even though the room was clean and the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work.

Cheap Apartment Type of Motel First of all, the room was fine with no ants nor insects on the bed. However the Hotel was terrible on service. Instead of asking questions such as, "Thank you for your stay, do you need transportation, and more" just telling me, "You can go." When I requested for 5AM wake up call, there was nothing. Horrible Horrible, not clean. there was no toilet paper, and only 1 not even a set of fresh towels. I called the front desk, and I was told they would send someone with toilet paper, and a full set of towels. Nobody ever showed up with these items. The shower/tub was not clean. all in all this place was disgusting,and I am wanting a refund.I stayed in my car truly because there was no where else available to stay at.

I stayed there 3 nights. The front desk was very polite but the bed and the pillows were uncomfortable. As I was trying to watch TV and the World Series in the room, the flat screen TV would unexpectedly turn off. I would try to turn it on again and it may turn on or just stay off. I called the front desk, and I kid you not, I was told to hit the TV on the back and that would help it stay on. I did this and it worked for a little longer before it turned off again. I gave up out of frustration and watched the game on my iPad.

This hotel it is dirty and stinks I went to this hotel and, to my surprise, they gave me a stinky room for cigarette and then moved me to another and it was the same. They do not clean the rooms and the beds look disgusting. this hotel is the worst
