Terrible The front desk attendant seemed to not fully know what he was doing. The door card key system was down. The room was hot and air conditioner didn't function properly. The room smelled of dogs and old cigarettes. The hotel uses Dulles airport as a selling point but has no airport shuttle.

Just don't Not happy with guest services. Don't even try to complain about anything ... they just say okay. Noisy and bed is hard as bricks

Stay somwhere else! Nicest thing I can say is that it was a room. After the day on the road checked in to find we had no toilet paper in the bathroom. Went to the front desk, clerk gives me a partial roll from their bathroom, and promises to send housekeeping with more, never happened. Room appeared on the surface to be clean, but it felt grimmy without attention to detail. Bathroom soaps were so small they almost disappeared with a couple of uses. Deceptive photos on the web site. After arrival at the hotel and entering the room, we found that it was now at all like the photos that we review before renting the room. The room were old needing repair and not very clean my wife spent an hour cleaning herself before we felt comfortable to sleep there. There were no amenities in the room and we had to make several trips back to the front desk to request the items that should have already been in the room. Not for comfort or work/internet Bed as hard as a floor with a blanket thrown over it. Paid, enhanced Internet is NOT high speed Internet. If you need to work from your hotel, go someplace else. Otherwise, clean, friendly, warm.
