All the rooms smelled like cigarettes smoke and a lot of noise the beds were not comfortable at all bad stay overall

Like, nothing. Elevator smelled horrible, no breakfast and for a suite you would think they would have something. Should of stayed somewhere else.

Never finished check in. Arrived at property late and wasn’t able to enter. A couple of people leaving held the door to let us in. Grandson was very scared to get out of the car due to all of the people milling around outside. No one at checking desk. Called number and no answer. Scared to wait around as there was a dog close by visciously barking. Not sure if it was secured. Phoned number on website and was told by the person who answered the phone that she had been there for past two hours and no one had tried to check in.... read more
