Comfortable Not bad,never recieved the toaster,pan and spatula requested,I think the staff is somewhat overwhelmed.But,I would stay there in the future,

Ok for one night There wasn’t anyone at the desk when I checked in or checked out. Just left the keys on the desk and left at checkout. The hallway smelled like old smoke in the walls or worse. A dog kept barking, so not much sound proofing. The pillows were super small and you only get two if one bed. Other than that, the room was nice and suited its purpose for a night.

A hidden jewel of an accommodation in Wilkes Barre I chose this location because we were travelling with our dog. The place was VERY clean, and the staff was amazing. If we ever visit the area again, we will be sure to Stay at Extended Stay.

Shower was not clean and hotel smelled of smoke. The breakfast offered was coffee and granola bars. I think it’s more suited to folks working and on the run. The stay with my family was quite uncomfortable.
