My stay was ok but the hotel tried to scam me but I caught it they had my reservations already and tried to double charge me but I caught it.

There was trash in the room when we got there..we went out Saturday morning and no one cleaned our room or brought clean towels or cleaned the bathroom. That was not what we expected at all.

Friendly and helpful Holly, David and Byron are all very friendly and helpful. I didn’t have any issues during check in with my service animals-it was all very easy and seamless. I appreciated the ease of extending our stay and thank the people who work here for being so friendly.

Overall a good deal Needs better beds. Get rough after 2nd night. Limited WiFi for a family staying(only 2 devices per room).

One of the cleaner hotels in Wilmington. A lot of homeless people in parking lot but not much u can do about that.

This property allows owners to bring their dog(s). I think this is great as we've had dogs and cats as pets in past years. During our stay we were surrounded by rooms with dogs. One owner had a dog that they left unattended the whole day and part of the evening. The hotel did nothing about all the howling and crying. As a dog lover, it was heartbreaking to hear the dog in distress the whole day.
