Flat out horrible Check on closes at 10, had to call attendant to check me in. He could not log into the computer, waited for manger to call him back with password. 30 min later he says he's gonna go wake up the head of house keeping to see what rooms are clean since the manager hasn't returned call. Manager ended up calling back 45 min later and I got a room. The worst room of them all (418). WORST HOTEL EVER IF YOUR A DOPEY YOU WILL LOVE IT first off first night we where there we had 5 police officers there and there csi van for the room beside us. next the people above us decided they wanted to sleep till about 8pm and then wake up and pace the floors all night stomping the floors the whole time.We stayed there for 11 days and that happen every night. we where supposed to stay 12 days but on the 11th night we were laying in bed with the lights off and watching tv and seen a roach go across the bed we were sleep... read more

It was fine until after the first night we found out there were bedbugs. We weren't able to get into a different room because there wasn't a room available at the time but towards the end of our stay they did move us. They also do not have daily room service unless you pay for it. The wifi is not free. Over all I would not get this hotel again. They did give us a full refund back because of the bed bug situation

you can't tell much from a photo... YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS PLACE OFF YOUR WEBSITE! it will bring your ratings down. After traveling for HOURS, we got there; the clerk on duty WAS very nice, but it took forever to check in. We booked a 2bed w/kitchen room. We got in - t here were BUGS crawling on the wall; we did try to sleep; the sheets were scratchy; the linens smelled like urine, we checked out the NEXT MORNING and I will dispute this charge with AMEX; then to find out - EVERYONE we spoke to and mentioned this place, they re... read more

Horrible experience! First off we drove 13 hours straight to find out our reservations couldn't be fulfilled. I had called earlier in the week to confirm our reservations and was told everything looked good for our arrival. This place is more of an apartment complex. More long term renters than anyone looking for a vacation or a place for a few days. We had to settle off a room with one bed, I had to go to Walmart to buy a blow up mattresses for my kids to sleep on for the week. The staff did nothing to help the situation. N... read more

Last minute deal No coffee, no complimentary breakfast, hard to get toilet paper or extra towels. Office closes by 8 pm so have to wait for the next day.

Frustrated from Fargo We had a reservation and a Confirmation #. Got to the hotel to check in and was turned away with no reason given. There are no specific prices, personal insults or profanity no other personal details nor website addresses or phone numbers.
