Wont go back. this is an extended stay. loud kids running around and not the safest place to be.

disappointed Not very satisfied with this hotel,while the room was very clean the bed was not comfortable at all,the air didn't work even after 2 attempts at fixing it(one at 12:30am after we were asleep) and it's not a good location...oh and no COFFEE!!

We had the worst experience ever, sorry to use this words, it took them over 30mins for the check in process & when we got our room, the room was occupied, good we didn't get in trouble for invading somebody's privacy @ 1:30am. They end up giving us 1 double & a sofa, instead of 2 double that we booked for..

I wouldn't stay again. Decent place to stay. Not like a normal hotel though. It's more like an appartment that you can pay for nightly. Rooms didn't come with free wifi, maid service or additional linens. All of those cost additional money if wanted. No workers are there during the night. Someone's car was broken into the one night we stayed there. Rooms seemed very clean... until I woke up and saw a cockroach crawling on top of the counter. The two workers at the front desk were very professional though.

Winziges Bett, kein funktionierendes WLAN, Rezeption nur bis 16 Uhr besetzt, keine Hilfe bei Problemen - nur Weitergabe einer Telefonnummer

Not as advertised! Stayed at previous locations. Arrived they put me in a smoking single room. Wanted and booked the double. Next morning they put me in non smoking single with kids above me that jumped around from 6pm till 11pm while i was trying to sleep. Then did not clean my room on scheduled cleaning day! Miserable time.

Hotel did not record reservation When we arrived, the desk clerk could not find our reservation which was made through Expedia. I showed him the confirmation and he eventually found it on the motel's e-mail which did not get to their reservation listing. I requested a double room. I was told there was a room with 1 bed and a pull out couch. I explained to the clerk the need for a double room and that I did not want to sleep on a pull out coach. Gave our room away I booked my room earlier in the day. We got a later than expected start . We arrived at the hotel approximately 12:04 a.m., just shortly after midnight. When I entered to check in, you had to use a telephone to contact anyone, as the office was closed. The guy that answered said he knew exactly who I was, and he had given our room away.
