avoid it! small room, smells like cigarettes, no towels. I do not think the management realizes how bad this hotel is run by the staff!

Overcharged my card The hotel overcharged my card for the room. It was $10 higher than the rate that was promised. Will never stay there again.

horrible Room had a horrible smell to it, no hot water, no room cleaning, would not recommend or return to such a dive

do you check emails or log phone calls? i called about this,and i emailed . im not paying. im disputing all charges. there is no one on premises at this venue at ngith, its up to me the customer to police the halls and keep order appearently. i calledthe front desk twice to ask to put a stop to the hallway smoking and the noise, i got no where becuz whoever i was speaking to was miles from the hotel, i slept not a wink, so i checked out the next morning , after one day instesd of two. i dont care if you object to my dispute ... read more

DO NOT STAY HERE We knew we were arriving late so we called the front desk who informed us that their front desk isn't open 24/hrs (what kind of hotel is this?) And to call a number on the phone in the hallway. We arrived around 1am and paid in advance ($95) and called the number. NO ONE ANSWERED. The customer service man called the attendee, GM, and the regional all of which didn't answer their phones. We asked for a refund and it would take A WEEK. I had low expectations and was still disappointed The main reason I will never go back is that I was stung by 5-10 beees as I was packing my car to head home and the front desk saff's response was "Oh, I'm sorry." He claimed that they were "trying to take care of it" but also said that they had been aware of the bees for a couple of weeks! Also the clientele at the hotel matched the area in being rather dodgy. We made it through the experience and definitely want to go back to Wilmington but will definitely find different ... read more

Disappointed customer!!! Upon arriving checked in customer service was friendly. Upon entering our room we booked for 6 days for our vacation room smelled terrible lots of loitering in parking lot. Many construction workers and long stay tenants very during 3 nights of our stay was kept awake into the late hrs due to noise of tenants and loud music outside in parking lot also bed are tiny for a couple sleeping in one bed also bed made me itch all week also spotted a bug crawling in our kitchen had to get our own towels every... read more
