Booked a non-smoking room and got smoking after waiting in line to check in for over an hour.

Holy Roaches This hotel has made an earnest attempt to be clean. No carpet. Bed enclosed in protective bag. New paint. Nice Staff. But at Night! We watched the roaches come out with no response from the hotel. I am sad to say we will not return.

Affordable Nice hotel but no one was hardly working, no towels in room and took 30 minutes to check in.

This hotel should be in the 50 dollars category No night table lamp, never heard or be in a hotel without a lamp on the night table. Very noisy place.

Loud Not good. Rooms look like a hospital room

Appalling Not recommended, no room service (ie no clean towels, bedding or trash emptied over 3 day stay unless by yourself which we were not told on booking in) no coffee/tea or hot water, no saucepans to heat water available. Currently next to building site and lot of traffic noise. We are from England travelling over six weeks, this has to be the worst so far after four weeks.
