At first arrival it seems as if they had their stuff together until we arrived to the rooms to find them dirty After reporting and letting the manager(vanessa) and front desk clerk (crystal) they prompted that they will be cleaning asap.. So after stepping out for awile and try to enjoy the beach. Returned 3/4hrs later for the room still not cleaned... You thought checking in to the airport was bad ! It took an hour and a half just to get to the person behind desk. Then took another 30 minutes to get a room. Hold on not done yet. Got to room and workers were scrambling to clean up room. So they told me another 15 minutes please. Then I got a room. I am not the only one to experience this but it will be the last. Took 45 mins to check in. When we booked the room we booked a non-smoking room but when we checked in they only had smoking room left. We had to go to the store to get air freshener for the room. Air conditioner only half worked

Long line out the door , staff unprofessional Staff didn’t know what rooms were clean or not for us check in. No soap, house keepers backed up. Not organized.
