You thought checking in to the airport was bad ! It took an hour and a half just to get to the person behind desk. Then took another 30 minutes to get a room. Hold on not done yet. Got to room and workers were scrambling to clean up room. So they told me another 15 minutes please. Then I got a room. I am not the only one to experience this but it will be the last. Took 45 mins to check in. When we booked the room we booked a non-smoking room but when we checked in they only had smoking room left. We had to go to the store to get air freshener for the room. Air conditioner only half worked

Long line out the door , staff unprofessional Staff didn’t know what rooms were clean or not for us check in. No soap, house keepers backed up. Not organized.

Booked a non-smoking room and got smoking after waiting in line to check in for over an hour.

Holy Roaches This hotel has made an earnest attempt to be clean. No carpet. Bed enclosed in protective bag. New paint. Nice Staff. But at Night! We watched the roaches come out with no response from the hotel. I am sad to say we will not return.
