It was fine until after the first night we found out there were bedbugs. We weren't able to get into a different room because there wasn't a room available at the time but towards the end of our stay they did move us. They also do not have daily room service unless you pay for it. The wifi is not free. Over all I would not get this hotel again. They did give us a full refund back because of the bed bug situation
you can't tell much from a photo... YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS PLACE OFF YOUR WEBSITE! it will bring your ratings down. After traveling for HOURS, we got there; the clerk on duty WAS very nice, but it took forever to check in. We booked a 2bed w/kitchen room. Cheapest thing around Should have a pool and food! It's kinda hard to relax cause someone is always breathing down your neck!
Horrible experience! First off we drove 13 hours straight to find out our reservations couldn't be fulfilled. I had called earlier in the week to confirm our reservations and was told everything looked good for our arrival. This place is more of an apartment complex. More long term renters than anyone looking for a vacation or a place for a few days. We had to settle off a room with one bed, I had to go to Walmart to buy a blow up mattresses for my kids to sleep on for the week. The staff did nothing to help the situation. N... read more

Last minute deal No coffee, no complimentary breakfast, hard to get toilet paper or extra towels. Office closes by 8 pm so have to wait for the next day.

Frustrated from Fargo We had a reservation and a Confirmation #. Got to the hotel to check in and was turned away with no reason given. There are no specific prices, personal insults or profanity no other personal details nor website addresses or phone numbers.
Not real happy. I made reservations through hotels.com. Got a confirmation number at 5 pm the day we were to stay. Got to the hotel, they had charged the card already. Check in window was closed, so I used the phone to call the 500 number displayed. The guy behind the closed door picked up and said that I didn't have a room. Said I had had a room but didn't any more. He wouldn't explain and hung up. Tried calling several times (2 hours) and he didn't pick up. Not so good place. Beds are not comfortable didn't sleep well. My partner she believes that there were 2 gunshots from outside or the floor above.
