Place is a joke Place was a joke. What kind of hotel front desk isn't open 24 hours. No house keeping services like a normal hotel. Have to take care of your own garbage and change out your own sheets and towels. No complimentary shampoos etc. no tissues. No HAIR DRYER. No in room coffee or coffee in the lobby like any other hotel would have. What am I even paying for. Save your Money Disgusting. The smell of the hotel hallways made me nauseous. The hotel staff will give anyone a key to your room. They don't ask for ID or confirmation numbers. The rooms look nothing like they do in pictures. Floors are sticky, they only clean them every 2 weeks. Walls are paper thin you hear everything. Nobody is at the front desk if you need help after hours. The AC stopped working and nobody fixed it after we complained multiple times. The free WIFI is a JOKE. STAY AWAY! Horrible hotel. Unclean, druggies, BAD! Horrible! The rooms smelled horrible and weren't clean. The more permanent tenants smoked inside the building. Lots of druggies. The walls are paper thin. The had my reservation in the system but didn't have rooms assigned so we ended up on different floors! Check in was horrible and took over 30 minutes. The staff didn't even know if our rooms were cleaned so he had to go check at 11at night! An overall BAD experience!

The room wasn't that clean and the wifi didn't work. When I called the front desk the employee was VERY rude and was not helpful at all. When I asked him what his name was so I could let a manager know how terrible his customer service was and he refused and hung up the phone. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I would rather sleep in my car.

Location Is Nice I checked in around 8 or 9pm. The front desk was closed. The man on duty sounded like he had an attitude. Hotel was fully booked so I got the very last room that already had vistors (roaches). Room had roaches. When the front desk was informed, the guy wasn't any help and the internet connect sucked, had to call tech support to get it fixed. Overall: terrible.

I t was the worst experience I have. Initially I was supposed to stay a week, but when to the room I found Dirty, smelly pillow cases and I had to return to desk and they didn't have clean ones ready for use. I checked out and I was charge $99 for one night.

Not what I expected. Had to ask for blankets in the winter? Not even an ice machine or a towel for the baby. However, the staff was extremely nice and as accommodating as they could be. The elevator smelled of stale cigarettes. The backdoor card reader doesn't work. It was more costly than it should have been for the lack of amenities.

Need to get it together Your computer was always down i had to complain so many times about the fights that wpuld take pplace in the room next door or on top at 2 3 in the morning have the time no one picks up the phone you dont clean the rooms everyday nasty you have roaches no wi fi kids would be running at 2 or 3 am while the parents fight in the room its wasnt a vacation it was more stress then anything
