The whole place smelled like cigarettes & was extremely dirty. Our hotel room had bugs in it. Overall disgusting place.

It was the worst experience I have ever encountered. The building was dark , dirty and foul smelling. They did not offer maid service and said if we wanted we could change our bed and bring the dirty towels and sheets to the front desk for clean ones and make are own bed, The floor in the room was sticky and the bathroom floor was no better. I would never recommend the Hotel to anyone.

Never again Terrible experience checking in not friendly. Bags of trash strewn around many hallways. General condition poor and grimy. Room was ok at best. Terrible experience. We will never go back here

This was my worst hotel experience, I had to leave 10mins or less after entering room, I could not stay there. I was told that I might not be refunded and I didn’t care, I took the long drive back to New York after a long tiring hospital visit in Bridgeport. The room itself was not bad but the air conditioning unit was loud and obnoxious. Impossible to sleep well.
