The hotel smelled it smelled like the room was flooded it smelled like dog and cats. Did not know that it was a hotel that let animals in. Was too late to change the room due to the check-in time

House Keeping Information The staff did not inform me that house keeping was not included in short stays. There was also a option of $10/ day for house keeping which was not introduced. Should be posted and verbally communicated on check in

Unhappy The place was falling apart. Ceiling was open and insulation was exposed. My room smelled like cigarettes and when I asked the extremely friendly and sweet front desk woman to switch my room because of the smell I ended up in a room that still smelled like cigarettes. This was supposed to be a nice night with my significant other and it was not so.

Too much for too little Nice to have a kitchen but could you at least leave a glass??? Maybe a spoon and fork a fish or two?. I came back from a long day at a funeral and found the room wasn’t serviced. It was 1030pm. I called the desk and found out that unless I was staying SEVEN nights there was no service. I was welcome to bring my wet dirty towels down to the desk to be exchanged . Too tired I had one clean one and that would due. Front desk person said they were fully booked and couldn’t leave the desk to bring new ones... read more

There was an awful smell in the lobby. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. After 10 mins someone told us to call a number from the phone behind desk. When someone finally came, she yelled from behind somewhere( couldn’t see her) she would be right there. When she finally came and asked for my name, I said I’m cancelling

I have stayed 55 days at Extended Stay back in 2010 and was satisfied with room & service completely. With This 7 day stay in August 2018 ... a lot has changed with the operation & higher cost. Things to know before booking a room: #1. You need a room key to get inside after 10:00pm ( my flight was late I arrived just in time at 9:45pm.) Advise don't check in after 10pm, night staff my not be around to open door) #2. After lugging my baggage to the farthest room from elevator on 3rd floor..looking to make a nice cup of coffe... read more

We arrived for check in very late after moving my daughter into her new dorm room. We were very tired and were told our room was on the 2nd floor with 1 elevator and the room was all the way around the back of the building. Had to park far away. Went to the room, nice set up but there was only 1 plastic cup in the bathroom and nothing else. We didn't have the strength to travel all the way back down to the front desk to get cups and utensils. There was dried blood on the back of the bathroom door. The complimentary breakfast... read more

First, there is a Police Officer Only parking spot. Enough said? The halls were noisy, there were no cups, water, anything in the room, and nothing is offered onsite but a vending machine. The rooms and bed are OLD.
